No, you don't need to be home if we are cleaning the exterior windows only. However, we recommend being home for interior window cleaning to provide access and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Please ensure that gates are unlocked and water is running for exterior cleaning.

We use a combination of squeegees (interior and lower exterior windows) and a water fed system (exterior only) to make sure that all windows are sparkling.

A water-fed system is a specialized cleaning tool that uses purified water delivered through a long pole with a brush at the end to clean windows. This method allows us to reach high or hard-to-reach windows without ladders, providing a safer and more efficient way to clean your windows. The purified water helps leave windows streak-free, as it removes minerals and impurities that could cause water spots.

We offer three annual service plans — Basic, Premium, and Ultimate. Each plan includes exterior window cleaning at different frequencies (1x, 2x, or 3x per year), with higher tiers adding protective coatings, dewebbing, rain guarantee, callbacks, gutter scrub, and interior glass cleaning. Plans are 12-month agreements priced based on your home size.

Home size is based on the number of window sections: under 15 sections (Small), 16–25 sections (Medium), or 26+ sections (Large). Not sure? We'll assess your home during the quote process and recommend the right tier.

Absolutely! We offer add-on services including gutter scrub, gutter cleaning, siding, pressure washing, screen cleaning, and solarium exterior cleaning. These can be added to any plan at any time.

Yes! All plans include exterior cleaning. Our Ultimate plan also includes interior glass and frame cleaning in the spring. You can also request interior cleaning as an add-on with any plan.

Rain won't immediately ruin the cleanliness of your windows, especially if they've been cleaned properly. Due to our extreme attention to detail on the upper frames surrounding the window, dirt will not slide down and ruin the cleaning service provided.

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you're not happy with the cleaning, we will return and re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. If you are still unsatisfied (impossible!) we will refund you and offer anything else we can provide to make the situation right.

Yes! We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for both children and pets. We mix our water with simple dish soap.

Please ensure any obstacles are cleared around windows (such as furniture or decorations) to allow our team to access them easily. If there are special instructions, let us know ahead of time. If you selected the exterior only option, please remove all screens that remove from the inside before we get there so we can get started right away!
